ok, i got my exhaust on the other day, but the CEL didnt come on until t he next day, but will it go off when i install the blocker plate and unplug the EGR plug???? or do i need to do it with a programmer or efiLive??? thanks

I'm surprised that the exhaust turned on the light. Sounds like me and you both have to go to the parts store and borrow the codes scanner to see whats going on.

what emmisions code are you guys?that could be it most people dont get codes but there are a select few that do fe9 i think is the emmisions code that dont but very few have.good luck guys

You need a diablo tuner, efi live, hptuners or a fingerstick.

There are more out there but these are the only ones i know ...

I think ppe will take care of it too....

No need to unplug the EGR if you install a blocker, but it won't solve the CEL. I would think a 'Finger stick' would be the cheapest solution.

thanks for the help guys, see of the 3 codes it says to check for in the glovebox, mine is none of them....i couldnt belive it, but anyways, iam hopefully gettin efilive tuned next week, but if not, then goin PPE, if so, when u turn the CEL off, will it come on still for other problems???
