Finished installing the SSDiesel 97 cooling upgrade with 195 degree stat's from JK (old single setup was 180 degree). I finally have a heater. Before it took 30min for the heater to get warm, which didn't help me on my 7min commute to work. I usually let it run for 3 to 5 min before driving from cold start. Now that the engines getting hotter before the stat's open, it seems like it's taking much less time for warm air to blow inside.:)

Also rebuilt the hydro-boost while my truck was down now I'm not leaving a mess everywhere I park. I only used 2 of the provided seals and probably could have gotten away with only changing the piston seal, which was old, brittle, cracked, and the source of the leak.

Good move on the '97 upgrades - if you tow, you'll know!

Definite maybe probability you'll regret not going full-bore on the hydro-boost, tho.
All the rubber parts deteriorate due to hot p\s fluid and engine-bay heat, along with those that also fail with simple wear from required movement.
Did mine in back in ought one, new m\c in ought three......

Acctually on my hydro-boost I could only replace the seals I did. The actuator shaft seals were not servicable on my particular model (luckily they weren't leaking before or after the rebuild).

Yep - that actuator rod requires some finagling to get past.
