Well it was finally dry enough to get on the ground and look under my truck. I had been noticing for some time that the bed of the truck seems higher on the passanger side. Sure enought it is and the problem is with the air-springs. The bags are plumbed together with a "t" connecting the 2 air lines. I know this is not the correct way to do things but I got this truck used with the air-springs already installed.
For whatever reason the drivers side bag is flat and the passanger side has air in it. There is pressure in the system (10 psi) from checking the schrader valve. Why if the 2 are plumbed together would 1 bag have air and not the other?
I know the tank is on the drivers side but my truck is nearly empty and that should be miminal deflection not the 2" that I measure. Is there such a thing as a 1-way "t" valve that might be used in this situation that could be stuck?
