Dealer tells me when my new 08 gets here that I won't be able to level it with the torsion bars...is this right?

I looked under an 08 they had on the lot, it looks exactly the same as my LLY was...

I'm actually talking about an 08 Crew Cab NBS if it matters, which I doubt.

the suspension is stillthe same old T bars... so yeah you should have no problem.

That jackass is thinking that they changed the torsion bars to coil springs like they did in the half ton. I hate dealers that don't know what they deal!

I think they can get a better ride and I think that it is lighter with less parts. Most vehicles use coil springs, so it must have some advantages. Dodge is even switching to coil springs for the rear of the new Ram 1500.

The 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks are going to coil springs too when GM can figure ou a few issues they were running into.

A mag I read said Dooge will have the first pickup with coil springs in the rear..... UHHH guys... I have a 63 chevy truck with coils in the rear

This is what I am hoping and holding out for on the new C3XX platform in 2012.

I leveled mine just fine before I put my lift on.
It did ride a little better than my 05 that I leveled to.
It does ride better with the lift on.
