Especially since they try to mix the old and new with older 6.5 articles. To answer your second question, yes the Winter 2007 issue was the premiere issue. The magazine has helped me understand 6.5L TD and related technology, and has been good reading. You can easily learn the same information on this website, and perhaps even more from the back and forth banter of our discussions;however, the magazine is worth the money b/c you can learn by reading a constant narrative from start to finish instead of going through dozens of posts. It is mailed out to you (subscription) or, last time I ordered from Heath, they included the first issue with my injectors :D (not sure if they still do this).
