I know that water meth can reduce EGT's while giving a mild HP gain. My question is, what affect does nitrous have on EGT's, with say, a 50-75 HP shot? Thanks.

IM running a .82 jet Slick 02-04-2005, 08:17 AM Since you have an LLY, and you are only seeing 1450 on #2, I would say you are seeing a drop in EGT because you are running a big jet, with a lot less fuel than most of the LB7 guys are running. Most have reported while running big programs with the LB7 and spraying that they have seen no reduction while using NOS, and I think some have reported even, seeing a gain in EGT. | ||
