I have a leaky sensor(?) on my 03 LB7 and was wondering what is was? It is on the Passenger side near the firewall, looks to be just before and above the last injector.http://www.michigan-sportsman.com/photopost/data/500/1494Leak-med.JPG
I'm going to the dealer today to get it fixed? How long should it take? Is this an overnite thing or while I wait? They are usually pretty good about getting things done ASAP.
Thanks

That is the injector harness that attaches to the back 2 injectors on that side. Probably just needs sealed around the grommet. Upper rocker cover has to come off. Probably an hour repair, tops, with half of that cleaning off the old silicone.

Thank you.
I sent that same pic to the Service guy for him to give me an estimate on how long it would take to fix. Let's see if I get the same answer.

I wouldnt even worry about it, Its not bad enough to mess with really. Clean it off with some degreaser and let it go.

I just got a call back and they said the same thing. I am going to put an Edge on it pretty soon, so I just wanted to get everything outta the way.
dmaxalliTech, Do you recommend any Techs out this (Norther Oakland/Lapeer Co)way?
THanks

You also face the chance of fuel system contamination since the lines will need to be removed...All that corrosion falls right into the injectors.

Are you saying people bring thier truck from over here to over there? I would be down for that:) . Expecially if the Edge's EGT probe gets "overlooked".
