Looks like a trip to stealer is in my near future. My question is will they be able to tell I have been running a tuner (diablosport predator)?

Well first off where are you loosing coolant from? Fill out your sig so we know what's going on with your truck.

I have been having the same problem, It went in last Wed.They pressure tested it, could not find anything. I have been adding about 1/2 gallon every other day now! it was not that bad before I took it in.
I do not see any leaks anywhere, so maybe it will show it's self shortly.
Oil looks the same, coolant looks clean, not running hot.
I will tell them about it again tomorrow when it goes back in for the steering shaft and transmission cooling lines.

If you're not leaking it all over the ground then it's probably being used up by the engine. If that's the case, you've got an issue. But 'hopefully' you've got puddles on your driveway...

can the stealer tell I have been running a downloade if I reflash before I take it in?

I'll tell you a horror story about losing coolant. I had about 5,000 miles on my 07' LBZ and was about a mile from work when my computer said "engine coolant low". I thought nothing of it because my 03' 6.0 gasser would get low and all I would have to do is add a splash of Dex-cool to it and it would kick the sensor off. Well I get a couple blocks from work and notice my engine temperature rising and pretty soon the computer says "engine over-heating"!! I about blew a gasket myself.......Well I idled it into the parking lot at work and by the time I parked it, there was white smoke coming from under the hood. I called the dealership and told them to come pick it up and bring me a loaner. The next morning my phone rings and they tell me my truck is all fixed and ready to go!!! What happened was the hose clamp on the engine coolant line came undone and drained all the coolant out of the truck. And the white smoke I had was the coolant burning off the motor. I now have 24,000 miles on it and hav'nt had a problem. So if you are losing coolant, I would check your hose clamps on your engine coolant lines!! Might save you alot of stress that I had to deal with!!

Do you know which clamp it was?

OK, UPDATE ON COOLANT LOSS that they said I did not have last week. Got a call from my dealer yesterday and they said they have found a bad clamp somewhere near the back of the motor. They need to order the clamp so I had to leave it over night.
I will add the latest info after I get the truck tonight.

OK, they replaced the trans cooling line, replaced two egr cooling tubes, and some type of hose clamp that was on order, Leaking rear transfer-case seal, and hydro boost hose, and the steering shaft. They said the shaft was not that bad, but as I had 32,000 miles on it they went a-head and changed it. LOL I told them all the play and rattle in the steering wheel said it DID need changed. Now all is fine.
