I dunno if this has already been posted. I ordered my edge and i'm wondering wut tools and parts i'm gonna need for the install. Cuz i'll prolly do it in the garage and not at work where the tools are readily avalible. Thanks for the help

Seriously?

Just plug and play.

EGT probe on attitude requires drill, tap, cutting fluid, wrenches... Search away. Plenty of info, and in-depth how-to's...

Is there any way that you can install the pyrometer in another place other than drilling into the manifold? And if no, when going to the stealer what do you say about that ? i know you can take it all out fairly easy but not not the drill hole .... ya know?

Just take out the box and the Attitude when you take it in for work. If they get nosy just tell them you are planning on putting in an EGT gauge soon and for now I just have the probe in place.
More than likely the mechanics at the dealers know of the Edge products. Just don't offer any info unless asked.

As will w said, use the "Hoot Method", I was nervous about drilling and tapping my manifold, but it really was simple. The only extra step I did was put some grease on the drill bit. It took longer to take off the inner fenderwell than drilling and tapping.:grd:
