I think those side marker lights are due to the width of the rear end - mandated by law when certain requirements are met - that's why they were on the Q steer - center marker lights too just like these. The Q steer while a great vehicle never sold well so doubt it would be brought back. If it was I would be very interested but not holding my breath.

Delphi, the source of Quadrasteer, is in chapter 11 to the tune of $2.8 billion. On March 11, Delphi started offering shareholders and various creditors the chance to buy, essentially on layaway, shares of the new company before it leaves Chapter 11. The company expects to issue additional shares, to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange, after it leaves bankruptcy.

The company has set aside 62.7 million shares in two separate programs, which expire March 31.

You can sometimes find axles and control modules on Ebay....and build your own..;)

For towing boats I have not found a better vehicle, I have one of the last ones made (6.5l) so I never got into the whole duramax era but at near 20 MPG (under 65mph) you cannot beat a diesel sub. I am hoping this new diesel sub comes with an even higher MPG, which will be awesome. Anyone hear anything on the mileage estimates?

A 1500HD Crew Cab Short Bed with a Duramax and Quadrasteer would be my dream truck. I've ridden in an old Denali pulling a boat and that was an amazing towing experience. I just wish they'd bring it back, even though they probably won't.

Get that in maroon and I'd be a happy man, fender lights included.

Where do I sign up? Throw a ORU solid axle kit under it and I'm all in, none of this IFS b.s. though
