The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> is in no way affiliated with any forum Vendors and assumes no responsibility nor any liability for any products and or services sold or offered.

The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> will in the interests of our membership pre-approve all Vendors before they will be allowed to post a product or service. Any Vendor who violates this rule may be subject to sanctions including a permanent ban from this site.

The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> provides this site and its forums free for the members so that they will have an opportunity to purchase goods and services in a free and open atmosphere without pressure from this site.

The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> is providing this forum for Vendors to freely promote their products and services without restraint from this site as long as the following rules are abided by. The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> reserves the right modify these rules at any time.

Pre-Requisites for being a <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> Vendor:

Vendors must run an established business.
Vendors must have a shop where they conduct business.
"Internet-Only" vendors who sell products out of there house are not permitted. The only exception to this is manufacturers who sell products in distribution.

The above requirements are in the best interest of providing reliability, prompt follow-up, and after-the-sale service for <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> members.

As a vendor you are subject to more strict rules than a regular forum member. No vendor is permitted to attack, or excessively critique the efforts of, other vendors. If a vendor makes a derogatory comment about another vendor, they may be banned from the site. The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> commands the UTMOST professionalism from its vendors. While all vendors are in business to sell products and/or services, we ask that they do so in a PROFESSIONAL manner. If a vendor has an issue with another vendor they are required to attempt to solve the issue first via offline contact with the other vendor. If that fails, please contact the forum owner at forum@dieselplace.com (forum@dieselplace.com) and we will do our best to assist in a mutually-amicable resolution. The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> is in no way responsible for solving problems between vendors. The Diesel Place reserves the right to ban (temporarily or permanently), restrict forum access and/or usage (temporarily or permanently), prevent vendor(s) from viewing another vendor(s) posts (temporarily or permanently), or any other disciplinary action we see fit should a vendor act inappropriately with respect to another vendor's company, products, and or services. The goal of The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> is to maintain a group of PROFESSIONAL and courteous vendors. If you cannot conduct yourself appropriately you risk any of the disciplinary actions mentioned above. You may also be prohibited from renewing your advertising at the end of its term.

Vendors are not allowed to conduct "price wars" in the same thread. If one vendor starts a thread which contains pricing information on a particular item, other vendors are PROHIBITED from undercutting the first vendor's price. If another vendors wishes to offer the same item at a lower price, they must start their own thread. This is in the best interest of PROFESSIONAL courtesy.

Vendor fees are due prior to the start of advertising for the desired term and are not refundable.

Please conduct yourselves respectfully and it will benefit all involved- Members, Vendors, and The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> Forum.<o:p></o:p>

The <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Diesel Place</st1:address></st1:Street> reserves the right at any time to make changes to these rules as we see fit. If you disagree with any of these rules, please do NOT sign up as a vendor as these rules are meant to be taken SERIOUSLY.

Prospective Vendors,

In order to be setup as a supporting vendor, please send an email to forum@dieselplace.com. Make sure to include your company name, and contact info. Lastly make sure you read the above vendor terms and indicate via email that you agree to them. Please contact forum@dieselplace.com to obtain current pricing for supporting vendors which gives your 468x60 banner insertion into our standard rotation.

Upon compliance with the above terms your status will be changed to reflect your transition to a supporting vendor.

You can then open new topics as a vendor and advertise your products in the appropriate forum(s).

Follow the rules and keep it civil and it's a win for everyone.
