Has anybody took out a 2in block under the rear springs and put in shorter U bolts to lower the back a little?

I dont know about lowering the back end, but if all you want to do is level it out just turn in the torsion bar bolts for the front suspension.

why not do a rear leaf shackle in the rear instead of the blocks. DJM suspension i believe has them.

Would turning the torsion bar bolts raise the front or lower the back?

Raise the front.

The following lowered the truck approx 2-1/2"
About the max you can go with out extreme measures, (like new spindles or recambered rear springs)
I am now looking for low profile e rated tires as I thought
this could give me another 1", any one know of low profile e tires?
This truck is used for hiway trailer pulling.

- New Torsion bar keys
- New Rear shackles 2"
- Alignment

DJM has shackels that will drop the rear of your truck 2-3". They are a quality product, I have put two sets on my uncles trucks. Easy to install also, took 30 min. tops.

Darn old farmers don't want to lift anything higher then they absolutly have to.
