where is the best location to install the senor? Thanks

: boost guage where to install? cory e 05 dmax 03-24-2008, 11:44 AM if you look on top of your motor you will see a gray manifold with a peice of black plastic zip tied to it. its on the right side of the plastic cap that sais 6.6 liter. you want to take that off and drill and tap it. cory e 05 dmax 03-24-2008, 11:45 AM its on the left side of plastic cap that sais 6.6 liter. IdahoRob did the installation and it works very well. Edit: Sorry, I misread....that's the water temp sensor. Rob's way too good to put a boost sensor there.
