Anyone have anything bad to say about the Mickey Thompson Classic IIs? I am thinking about getting a set and wondering if anyone has had a problem with them. I appreciate any feedback I can get on this. Thanks.

I had a set...........

If they use salt in Alaska.................DON"T BUY THEM........:(

I had them on my truck and they looked great...........however they were way too mych maintenance to have in the snowy, salty Northeast.

Eastwood makes a sealer called ZOOP SEAL........it is supposed to protect aluminum..........

Good Luck if you get them.

I got them on the wife's car w/ winter tires.
Been through 2 winters and still have some shine to them ( hard to tell as much crap as they throw on our roads they're always dirty).
They are 9.75X16.5 and I had some trouble finding rims that size that wouldn't interfere w/ our large brakes.
Price was good too.

I've had 7 sets of them, other than the salt issue I've had zero problems. I also sell alot of these wheels to my customers and friends with no problems.

They are a sharp looking wheel and the price is right too.

Mine were great looking until my last tire rotation, a-holes used an impact on them after I specifically told them not to, knocked the chrome off the center caps, did not start rusting/showing until they after went belly up so I could not make them replace them:mad: go to a truck stop and get some of the polish they use to keep their aluminum parts shiny

Thanks for the replies. I am waiting on my tax return to buy them. I have always like the way the GMs have looked with the Classic II style rims.

Extreme Alloys are about the same price as the MT right? I will have to look at them too. I guess it will all depend on which place gives me the best price for shipping. Shipping to Alaska is pretty expensive.
