Some days my truck runs real rough with a lopey idle of about 125rpm. Other days it nice and smooth with maybe a 10rpm lopey idle.

It seems to be temp specific. If the weather is cold or raining or very hot it will do it. If the weather is 65-75F it runs pretty good.

Is this the pressure reg or the fuel pressure sensor? Or ???

Im going to bring it in for problems number 23,24,25,26 as soon as it gets cold enough to lope along.

If you run additives,stop till you get the diagnostic done.Could be the FRPCV ,have you checked the balance rates on the injectors also?

I stopped the additives and it got worse on a cold day...

Had the balance rates checked but the stupid dealer gave me the pulse width readings...
