Brutis 01-30-2005, 02:17 AM Road in the back seat of my crew cab for the first time tonight and noticed a whistling air sound at highway speed coming from behind the cab. My friend has a new duramax and he said his also does this. Anybody else have this problem or know what the cause is or how to stop it?.............Rick aegis 01-30-2005, 02:30 AM Does it happen at all speeds?? Could be a bad seal on one of the rear doors/air leak? Brutis 01-30-2005, 02:35 AM Seems to get louder the faster you go, I wonder if my toneau cover is causing this? My friends 2004.5 has a topper and his does this as well. The sound sucks, thought I was riding in the back of a jeep with a soft top!!........Rick aegis 01-30-2005, 02:45 AM Sure sounds like a bad door seal to me, check the rubber door seals, or have the dealer check it out.
