jwrkansas 03-20-2008, 02:18 PM I know i need some sort of crank signal to run the '80 with this cummins engine. How do you guys usually go about this? I have heard of guys welding tabs on the harmonic balancer, but what sensor would you use to wire into the pcm? Btw this trans and engine are going into a 92 chevy 5.7 tbi truck. Thank you, Jason jwrkansas 03-24-2008, 02:50 PM Anyone?? sblair 04-03-2008, 09:13 AM So far all I've heard is that I'll need to buy a stand-alone TCM to control the 4L80 if I want to put it into my '82 C20 (which I want to swap a Cummins 5.9 into), but I too would like to know also how to get a 4L80 to work with a Cummins 12v in an older truck, or at least a better recommendation? . | ||
