I have an Isspro Pyro gauge and T couple. The leads aren't long enough. I know you don't want to lengthen the the T couple leads, but is it ok to lengthen the wires out from the box to the cab. Seems to me that it wouldn't matter on those wires because the box has already done all of the conversions.

You can lengthen the connecting wires without causing problems. What you have to avoid is cutting the Pyro leads. Most Pyro sensor designs are actually giving you the temp difference between the tip and where you connect the leads. Cutting the leads throws them out of cal.
