I have just recently installed a Edge Juice w/ Attitude Monitor on my 05 Duramax and i dont notice any difference in horsepower. My 0-60 times havent changed at all. I have talked to numerous people about this. I've heard that you have to let the engine get up to 185 degrees before the chip will kick in, i have done that and it still doesnt want to make any power. I then called the guys up at Edge products. They said it had something to do with the EGR vavle or plate?? and that they were comming out with a fix for it. I am curious to know if anyone else has had this problem and have found a solution to it. I would apprectiate it immensly if someone has a cure for this problem.

What was the air temperature?

Out side air temp was 35 degrees.

This may be your problem. I got lousy track results with one in cold air. So have other people. I know my water temp was fine, as I always pre-heat the engine before a pass.
