Not sure if this is the proper forum,
I am considering buying a 07 Dmax with the LBZ 6.6 Living in Canada, I am concerned with the quality of diesel fuel that we may encounter on our trip through MT WY and into CO. Are final destination is going to be Ridgway SP, which is mostly small town pop. Any thoughts or experience?
Thanks

Just hit the bigger truckstops when you can. You should have zero issues.

x2. The bigger the truckstop the fresher the fuel, faster its "turned over".

I agree, the more "mainstream" the fuel stop the better. I would suggest going to a different station if you see the fuel truck at the station though. When pulling freshly added fuel, you have a better chance of pulling potential water and microbial issues.

I would just change your fuel filter at the end of the trip...

Use the google map page to search for diesel fuel near ridgeway st park.
Montrose is ~15mi north, durango, cortez, I-70.....pretty much every direction you will find good diesel. You will be fine, have fun.
