I would say no, it isn;t fully loaded and it has roughly 20,000 miles left with the warranty. If they come down to around 23,500$ then I would jump all over it.

I don't know but my buddy just bought an 03 ECSB for 27k with 55,000 on it. It is loaded but still its not an 06. sounds decent.

What does the KBB and NADA say the truck it's worth? Check there and decide. They are not the be all end all but a good reference. See if you can get another 1-2k out of them.
