I have checked this place for awhile now and wanted to know straight up(hand calculated) what Edge people (or other chips) get for MPG. I know this thing has been beat like a red-headed-step-child but I don't want DIC's (no pun intended) to answer this one...lol

Just switched a couple months ago from the Quadzilla Stealth tuner getting 18.6 hwy........ now running the Edge Juice w/Attitude and I am getting 23.5 mpg hwy now :D

i borrowed a power pup and set at middle tune of 80hp and traveled 300 miles yesterday and avg 21.5 at 75 mph. i have hypertech and the best i got was 19.4 doing the same trip. that is the only "mod" i have on the truck. 04 crew cab sb

Using a tow tune can help MPG by keeping it in OD sooner and longer. Forget the DIC hand calculate only.

I had a 02 duramax with 4" exhaust and cold air box along with a Bully dog power pup tuner set on the 95hp setting and was getting a solid 19mpg highway at 75mph. I just bought a 07 with the duramax LBZ and have the same setup but the controller is an Edge evolution. I tried the econo setting and go a solid 20mpg at 70-75mph. I will be trying the higher setting in the future and will post my results.

I get around 16-17 mpg, mostly in-town driving.

I run the Edge in level 4 (90hp). That seems to be the best for me for MPG. I havent gone any higher with the settings because I still have the stock trans:(.

I get 15-16 around town and 19-20 on the highway. I have gotten 20.9 on an all interstate run from Asheville to the Outer Banks. This is hand calculated with speedo correction for the 265s I am running.

I have an 02 (Lb7) and get almost the same 20 mpg as RSDay75. 4" Kennedy exhaust and Edge with juice. I used to run in level 3 but now run mostly in level 2 trying to save fuel. Stock tranny.
