I have heard more than one person stating that after they put the leveling kit on their 7.5-08 models withe the T-bars cranked they got vibration but were fine if they lowered their torsion bars back down.

If the truck is over cranked then yes you will see a problem. Thats for all years. The New body GMT900 truck is the same suspension as the older body truck. The only difference is that new GMT900 have metric brake line and the Classic has standard brake lines.

I've installed a few oru leveling kits on the nnbs trucks without issue, just keep an eye on your cv angles and don't over-crank and it will ride really nice (esp with bilstein shocks or the cognito ucas).

It's not the front i'm having a issue with its the rear. at 55 to 65 miles/hr i can make vibration fade in and out.Even worse with a light load on.Truck only has 2800 miles on it.

OK so what did you do to the rear. Blocks.. ?

Just doing a leveling kit should not do anything to the rear for vibration.

The kit came with 1" blocks on the rear with a slight angle on them.Put the thicker part to the rear to angle your diff upword. My self i think this is more of a driveshaft balance problem.

What cab truck are you working with.

Try filling out your Sig. so we see your info.;)

I would say you need a flat block and if you have a 2 piece rear drive line then you need to add some drop in the center bearing drop.

Crew cab Short box 2500 hd. Talked to one of the tec guys today at Truxx and he figures wrong rear blocks should be flat ones not angled.

I had a vibration problem with mine and had sheared the centering pin off the lift block SCARY!!! I do no think that the shop that installed it tightened them up properly. Just FYI.

Went through everything today loosened off the u bolts made sure everything is straight,ok.Measured out the front and rear I've got 44" in the rear and 42" in the front.I lower the torsion bars down turn and half which brought it down to 41.5". Took it for test ride and it seemed a little better but not much.Know a good place to get a 4" lift.
