Does anyone make a bed cover that will work with an over the rail bed liner.

A drop in cover? I have a spray-in over the rails and also have a Retrax cover. No problems.

mine is made by jason, i left the over the rail protectors from the factory on, it has its own frame mount system that you clamp down.

I have the Linex spray in over the rails with a Fold a Cover. No problems here!!

Flod a cover

I would think the best way to find out if it will fit (since the manufactures of the covers can have slight differences in there products that can result in about a 1/4 inch of difference than another on the production line) is to take the measurement of your drop in on the farthest outside front to back and side to side and then call a company that you are interested in and ask them what there measurements are for the inside of the lip of the cover. this sould get you close to the fit you need.
Allow for that difference in manufactureing and play when traveling or climate changes.
