Just curious, have any of you used the "brake torque" limiting function to your advantage for staging? I know there are better ways to do this now with the DSP2 and 5 systems, I was just curious if anyone had this idea before...

Mike I thought about this and tried it a while ago without very much success. Brake torque managment takes a second or so to disable itself when you let off the brake; so if you floor it on the line with the brake on, and it spools up and "locks in" launch rpm, then you release the brake, it will roll forward about 10 feet before suddenly gives full fuel and takes off.

Thats kinda what I was thinking might happen. It could be a good thing if it were just for a split second...but not 2 or 3 LOL! I think I'll dink with it just for fun anyways. See if I can't get it so messed up it'll only go 30 MPH!:D

Just curious ben, do you remember what you had the settings set to when you were playing with it?
