I'm pretty sure this was covered before, but I can't seem to find it. Is there a way to have high idle on an 03 w/o cruise control? I have a friend that is looking to put high idle on his truck, but doesn't have cruise control. Dealership said they would charge him 200 to do it. I know it can be done for cheaper. Thanks for any help I can get.

Yes it could be done BUT, what I would do is get a turn signal multi function switch from Eric with cruise control and install it in the truck. Should be around $100 or so. Then he gets cruise control and he has the cruise control for the high idle as well.

Thanks, I will run that by my friend and see what he thinks. I feel that would be the easiest way, but he may want to go the other way with it.
