Two questions.....

1. Is there any reason why you wouldnt be able to install a snow plow on a GMC 2500 HD Diesel 4x4?

2. Is the fuel filter easily accesable on the GMC 2550 Diesel? How often should it be replaced?

I guess thats 3 questions. I never was good at math.

Thanks

Your first question needs some clarification. GM only advertises that you can put a plow on a regular cab or extended cab truck. The crew cab weighs more and the plow could exceed the rating for the front of the truck.

However, there are guys on here who have put a plow on a crew cab truck. The only issue may be warranty work on suspension / steering components.

I wonder what happens when a GMC dealer installs the plow on a crew cab? Bought my '03 CC used last March and it came with a 8' Fisher on it that had the local GMC dealers name right on the plow.
