I have not done this but reading the many post one gets a MBRP exhaust for a classic style for a total replacement back I believe. There may be more options now for 07.5 and newer for this option from MBRP. Then for the plugs and opens the best seems to cap and cover with heat shrink tubing or an actually heat shrink cap. Many post here using the search tool on DPF removal. There is one real good one desrcibing in detail everything from removal to reprogramming ecm. I would as many of the post on this subject to fully understand what could hapen if it is removed. There is talk of warranty being denied.

As stated by an exhaust from a classic truck like 01-07. The exhaust bolts on easy no cutting necessary. the two egt sensors can be unscrewed from the dpf and unplugged from the connections on top of the frame rail. the two pressure lines can be unplugged from the little black box by simply pinching the hose clamps where they go into the box. Then you need to tune your ecm, current options are EFI Live, PPE Tuner, Diablosport iirc, Hptuners and Quadzilla
