Is anybody running a wvo conversion in a lly dmax? with the coolant to fuel heater? The powerstroke guys are doing this alot and having good luck with it, just wondering what everybodies thoughts are on this, thanks, Lee

Ie is this filtered non chemically altered wvo? or are you making biodiesel via the titration procedure in your garage system? IT is straight Veg Oil heated in the tank and burned. No Chemical alteration that would be Bio Dino. The key to burning WVO in a D Max is WVO cleanliness. I am not a big fan of Bio Dino as you have to mess with chemicals that I understand is getting expensive and you still have to filter it. So why not filter and burn. Greasecar will have a kit for the D Max in 2 months.

I don't really know but I would guess between 2500 and 3000 which at todays fuel prices payback is pretty quick less than a year.

My Range is about 5000 miles on both tanks

Same as Diesel Did a dino run 1 on WVO and 1 on Diesel 7Hp less on WVO thats 3% one would never miss that.

I only fill it to the top when I go on a long trip otherwise I keep about 75 gallons in it at a time heats up faster.

Don't really understand your question but would that not depend on your driving habit???? Get a Grease Car kit comes with a 40 Gallon tank.
