Filter Salesman 01-27-2005, 08:27 PM I purchased an 02 Chevy Duramax last year but did not get an owners manual. Had the oil changed but I guess they did not re-set the oil change code. How do you re-set it and how many quarts of oil does it take for a change as I plan to do the oil changes in the future. Thanks for any reply. Thanks for any reply. Filter Salesman Key on, engine off, within five seconds press accelerator pedal to floor three times to reset oil life monitor.
