I run 5% biodiesel nearly all the time. I would run a higher % if I could find it. That DSE system sounds like a bunch of snake oil IMO. From what I understand of chemistry there is not a way to just add a wonder mix to veggie oil and have it be thin enough and stable enough to burn @ cold temps.

Moving to Maintenance and Fluids.

modern diesel motors CANNOT handle Glyercin, It will cystryalize when it gets pumped up to 26,000 PSI.

The people that make biodiesel are removing the glyercin molecule and replacing it with a alcohol molecule, thats why it works.

diesel secreet and others will not work in MODERN diesels, they will work in older ones, but the will also work with straight waist veggie oil without doing anything to them,

You can do a search in the maintenance and fluids and see alot of bio users.

I personally use B100 in my 05 and have had no problems in 2 1/2 years. DSE is not good at all.

You can run B-100 without any issues unless you live in a cold climate. Once you get below 40° it'll begin to gel. I've run B-20 as low as 0° farenheit with no troubles in an '03 with 80,000.
