HI, I just got my truck back from dealer, with new Injection pump (under warranty, pheww), but I still have the same problems #1, truck sometimes has no response when I push fuel pedal ( no codes for pedal switch), #2, still has code P0302 ( misfire on cyl #2) but I have new IP and 475psi compression on the cylinder, #3, sometimes when I turn on the key I dont have any dash lights whatsoever, then I flick key on/off 10 or 15 times and the dash lights come on as normal, but everytime I turn off the truck I still have to turn key off/on 10 times or more to get dash light back. THANKS for any help.

check and clean all the grounds on the truck...

Possibly the ignition switch. Sounds electrical, not mechanical.

sounds like bad ignition switch, '95- up had known issues with bad switces. do a search here for ignition switch and check out all grounds first, but my money is on the ignition switch by your description. they are not cheap but get an oem switch, around $175.00 IIRC. good luck.
