what all sponcers on this site sell congnito products? i know nor cal being the first, ive tried to call for a few days with no responce, who else sells it?

Coop 03-14-2008, 07:35 PM I called NorCal and left a message. After a couple of hours I called back and got through and was able to order my parts. Later that evening I recieved a call from Nick who was just getting to messages. I thanked him for the call and told him I had called again and ordered the parts after the message had been left. Their customer service is good, I just needed to wait for him to have time to take messages. Seems like they are busy and sometimes just can't get enough things done at once. It is Nick and Jeff, (Dan is no longer working there) DONT BE OFFENDED I spend lots of money with him and I still have to leave messages and still have to wait for late night or next day answers.!!!!! :mad: Every one who works there is either on a phone (or head set) or in the back working on a truck or running to pick up parts to work on trucks. Even his wonderful wife DRE has to stop what she is doing and go move trucks from his tire dept to the suspension dept. :D If you call with a question or order there is another 50 of us (or more) trying to do the same thing.
