They told me it needed a in cab filter. and it was gonna cots me. I said foprget it. Now I know my wife's 2000 Suburban had one but I can't find any mention of one in the owner's maual for my 2004.5 Sierra D/A SB.
How bout it troops is there one and where is it:confused: . Anyone got any pictures and if it does have one how hard is it to change:confused:

When you look at a dirty filter, you will see why they are really nice to have, especially if you live in a dusty area.

I thought they stopped putting the in cab filters in the 2003 and newer trucks?

Sounds like they just assumed it was the filter without thinking and didn't even look at your truck. It would have been fun to watch them try and find it.

HOLY SH!T $75 for them to change your filter that take literally 4 minutes to do and to buy $16 filters. I hope you like takin it in the POOP CHUTE!
IIRC I thought that if you had dual climate control then you dont have a filter?

Thank you modified! I was looking around for that filter just before the snow and cold hit here in PA. I think I'll wait for a warm spell b4 doing it.
