Dang thing is shorting out on the road causing the doorlocks to rapidly unlock and lock at high speeds on the road. First time it happened i dang near had a heartattack! Those doorlocks slamming open and closed rapidly make for a real disconcerting sound at speed.

This is Uncharted territory considering the Big SOB going in the truck. At what range of boost will studs become De Rigeur?
Intake and Exhaust valvesprings?

duramaxdiesel 01-27-2005, 07:29 PM Juice I'm gonna rely on you as my guinea pig. I plan on going big with my Dmax but not blow it up lol. So, whatever Lbs of boost it takes you to blow studs I'll just make sure I keep it 5Lbs less. Thanks.

JoshDmax 01-28-2005, 05:26 PM Those doorlocks slamming open and closed rapidly make for a real disconcerting sound at speed.
LOL I had the same thing happen on the freeway heading out to go camping....
Like you it's scared the Censored out of me, pulled over, shut things down, fired the rig off, checked lights, checked the wheels, scratched my head and got back on the highway driving slow watching every thing.... IT HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!
As I was Censored my dog looked at me like "whats up man?"... the lock clicking stopped.... Then he got tired of looking at me and laied his head back down on his head rest.
The door pannel on the passenger side... locks started clicking...
The problem was small getting old Bear Dog to turn around and sleep with his head on the arm rest was a pita!
LOL :p
