Perhaps bad coolant temp switch or bad/short wire.
Check the temp switch with an Ohm-meter (resistance).

DTC usually for open circuit, as in unplugged sensor, broke wires, etc

Could the sensor on the coolant resivoir cause this code. while taking it apart last year I noticed the wired were cut to the sensor on the resivior. Also I had to replace all the SES light in the dash since it was taken out. I found this when we were trying to get the codes for the no start issue in another post.

That is the Low Coolant Sensor - ECT sensor is in the t-stat crossover manifold, near the heater hose tap, yellow and black wires - could be the sensor itself is failing, but check the wiring\connector first

ECT sensor is new but that does not mean anything, so was the OPS and I replaced it and the oil pressure gauge started working like it should. I will check the ECT wires and plug Thanks.
