Removed the cat left the muffler and my turbo spool and sound increased 80%.

My last truck ( 02 LB7 ) had a straight factory pipe and was loud ... nice loud ...
I just don't know if i wanna remove the muffler on this truck cause i know because of the VVT it well be a whoosh sound instead of a rumble ...
I checked youtube and found 1 clip but it was a 4" and was idling, i wanna hear a driveby.
What to do , what to do ...

You will have the "wooosh" at idle. A little past 2-grand she will start to bark. Plus the turbo wistle sounds pretty good to. I love mine!

I have a drive by at about 80% throttle if you're interested.

I'm not a fan of turbo backs for that reason either. Its deafening outside the truck and to me the whooshing sounds terrible.

I still have the muffler off my 02 LB7, i'm tempted to take a plasma cutter to it and gut the insides to free up the flow and see what well sound like ...
