What has to be removed in order to replace the thermostats? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.:)

They are right on top. Easy to change, but unknown is why you feel they need changing...

I think I have 1 that is sticking. Temp gauge was showin pretty hot under normal driving conditions and then dropped down to normal after a good bit of driving.
