As some of you may have noticed, JoshH has cleaned up the stickies at the top of the EFILive sub forum into 1 sticky titled EFILive Tuning Software-FAQ, tips and tools (http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=226437) Over the coming weeks, I'd like sort this information into a more user friendly order....but this isn't my information (or EFILive's) it's YOUR information, so it's my place to decide what should and shouldn't be included (hey I'm just a neat freak!)

So what threads do you find useful? What links and tips should be included? So far I've consolidated the tips and links into the below, but I'm sure that there are other really important threads that need to be included, or some that should be excluded.

Ummmm I see another new sticky.

Probably...the sticky summary by JoshH is a short term measure to clean up the top of the sub forum. The information contained within his sticky (ie all the old stickies) are very old. Some haven't been updated within the last 12 months. In that time we've had lots of great posts, threads, information and discussions posted. We've also had many new customers come of board during that time.

While I've consolidated what I thought was important, I think it's more important that the users get what they want.

I think Cindy did a very nice job here.
:)Thanks
Nick
Thanks :)

It looks like the link was invalid from the start. My only suggestion is that you search on the key words in the link PULSE+WIDTH and look for a thread dated prior to the start of this thread.

It may or may not of been this thread http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=228032&highlight=pulse+width

I've come a long ways since that thread.;) And general consensus is that lower boost ~2psi, timing approching 8*-10*, and a little above stock pressure @ cruise is optimal for the LBZ

Remember this thread is 3 Years old and the thread for the videos that is linked in this thread is not hosted by Diesel Place (it's DuramaxTuner.com) and is 4 years old. As such file storage locations are likely to have changed.

If you follow the link in the video tutorial to www.duramaxtuner.com it only takes a second to see the new link to the tutorials at the top of the page. When you navigate through Nick's website I was able to come across most if not all of the video's originally posted.

Cheers
