Has anyone had their seat repaired or replaced by the dealer for material wear or cracks in the seat? Just trying to find some info on this and see about getting it dealt with. Thanks

Yes. I have had Leather panels replaced on the drivers seat of a couple trucks. Done properly you won't even know it was done.

I have also seen cloth repaired on a Ford after I burnt a hole through it with my soldering iron. Again, you could not tell it wasn't factory.

I had the drivers seat piece on the left side of the seat replaced under warranty.

I am going to have the drivers side leather panels replaced--they are cracked.

Key thing...complain while under warranty....GM will pay...but only for the sections that are damaged.

I waited until at the end of warranty to have it done...dealer is going to fix it now.
