I have a 2007.5 Lmm and want to add a few things. I dont want to read and read 1000's of threads. Im looking for a tunner for egt's ,boost all the good stuff. Im also needing a turbo timmer for the hot days to cool her down. I also want to control regens and latter on PFD. Ill just unbolt the filter and install a pipe to keep the stock exhaust. I want better mpg im getting 22 to 24mpg stock. I also want to not void the warrantie on my truck.So mild setting will be used. I know gm and tell what you did with a tunner so mild setting less issues. Im also looking for a cold air intake something with a dry filter but something that filters good.Im also making a trip to Great Falls and looking for a good shop to sell and install the goods.Thanks

I would recomed reading up on every thing you want to do there is alot diffrent choices and decisions you need to make. and will take some effort and research on your part to figure out what will be best for your needs. welcome to the site and good luck with your truck:)

22-24mpg stock? haha it doesnt count if you reset DIC going down a 6% grade, my stock LMM never saw better than 13mpg at sea level in 70degree weather

First off, welcome to the site. Second 22-24mpg? Call me a cynic, but I find that hard to believe. I personally like the Edge Evo. It's plug & play, reads EGT's reads and resets DTC's and gives you much needed gauges. It will even force a regen if need be. I was able to eek out an extra mpg or two with it, but still don't get what you say you're getting.

IM looking for a stealth 2 or a edge evo. Other people up here are also getting 20 to 24.3 mpg. DOnt know why but wont complain. Im leaning towards the stealth due to what ive read on here. Free down loads and all the goodies. But one major thing I need is turbo timmer built in. So on hot days I turn off the key and she cools down. Does the stealth have this option/ or can it be down loaded?

Is the edge evo a tuner? Gee...my dad could really use that for pulling his buddies race car trailer loaded with gear and a car. Its just too bad the general can see what was done to the truck and when its been flash and burned. We need some kind of supergeek that can program somethin so that the big dog don't know

Yes the EVO is a Tuner. I have mine installed but have not load any of the tunes. For the time being I am just uding it as a gauge and for changing my tire hieght. Only driving the vehicle at the moment about 18 miles a day I don't see the advantage of running a tune right now. It would only tempt me to put my foot in it more. I also don't plan on getting rid of my DPF. Edge seems to be trying to work with the DPF so that is all good.

Oh the other reason I but it now is because the Hot tunes are free this month.
