GM issued a bullitin recently permitting additives but a demulsifying type and listed Racor and Stanadyne as examples. Here is where the heavy debate begins between a demulsifier or an emulsifier begins. Additive policy (http://dieselplace.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=154&PN=1) Most here have chosen under the advise of the resident expert in the field to emulsify as oppose to de-emulsify ... It is highly recommended that you stay away from any alcohol based or alcohol added additive, fuel system damage may occur .... Check the TSB forum for other useful info .... PS: Nice avatar ...
