How bout rounding the corners of the box so it looks more like the emblem on the side of the truck?

I alwasy liked the symbols stiched onto the front corner of the bill, maybe a Chevy or GMC emblem there? Or maybe the Chevy or GMC on the back?

I agree, I think it would look best if it matched the emblem on the truck.

i think a black hat with a chevy symbol witch chevrolete written in side would be nice then duramax diesel going up the "bill" of the hat. then a small chevy emblem in the back.

that would be a nice hat. but cost and experiance with the machine would be a factor. let us know whats going on.

Got this off Ebay about a year ago. Not the best but still better than nothing.

IMHO, a bit smaller to look just like the sticker on the truck.

Might want to look into licensing issues also;)

Be carefull with that emblem. It is covered under gm liscense agreement. minuim 5k in royalties to get liscensed. btw what machine does she have, i got two toyota esp9000's and a toyota esp860

I would much prefer the silver on black DuraMax Diesel billet style badge as found on the Med Duty (4500) trucks. Looks tuff w/the billet style boltheads too. Ain't the bowtie/GMC, so common as to be passe' like Budweiser hats? ~ let the simple statement carry an aire of mystique by just using the name DURAMAX. So what if its misunderstood as male ehancement that has 'Bob' smiling so broadly as exposing his wisdom teeth ~ Enquiring minds will seek out its full meaning ~ but anything more is like having to explain a joke and flames? Words fail me on that'un except a song from the mid 50's entitled Greasy Kids Stuff comes to mind ~ not sure why ~

Looks o.k. Just a little plain at this stage. The choice of GMC or Chevy with the Duramax would probably sell to wider audience. Maybe an all black hat, with red and silver lettering. Just my thought!
