: Autometer wiring instructions suck TheGrouch 03-09-2008, 10:33 PM My Sport Comp II pyro has the little plug harness, with Red, White, and Black wires for illumination. The instructions appear to be for a bulb-lit guage, as it only show two wires, neither of which is marked with a color. Any help would be much appreciated! Jasondt2001 03-09-2008, 10:49 PM Ok, I BELIEVE, the red is to a switched 12+ source. The Black is to be grounded. The white is the wire for your lighting (for the backlit when your lights are on).
