Wife and I went out to take a drive this afternoon but the truck is dead - no lights, no action, etc! Any thoughts?!?!?

Start with checking all fuses and battery/starter connections/condition.

Will do! I am baffled, though. It's not been driven since driving home Friday in the winter storm on Friday. It is under a carport so it is not fully in the weather.

Could this be a related problem from the intake issues in cold weather?

jump start it and let it run for 15-30 mins and see if it restarts, could be a fluke or you left something on

It's in a position where I can't jump it but I'm charging the battery now!

Cluster is dead and no click or crank from the starter?

Once you are sure the batteries are charged and that all fuses are okay you may want to look for a harness short if you still have a dead cluster and no click/crank....

No click or crank!

I'm still letting it charge. I sure hope that cures the problem!

Do you get interior lights when you open the door? Any sign of life at all? How about with the charger on it? Any lights inside?

No, the intake issues affect running and MAP sensor...not starting and battery death issues. :)

I know my truck if the doors are not fully shut, my interior light stays on and drains the battery :( Just a thought.

The new ones have protection against that though. Mine go off after 15 minutes - whether I leave the door open or leave the interior light switch on. I don't know what else could have drained it - I think most everything shuts off in mine...except if I leave the key on (Which I HAVE done before!).

Thanks everyone! After charging for about 30-40 minutes, it started no problem. Took it for a drive - battery charge back up to normal. We will try again tomorrow. Hopefully all is well.
