I bought a 4" dual exhaust system from rpmoutlet.com (only $400 ):h ) and Im very happy with it other than the sound. My dads LB7 stock exhaust straight piped is the sound I want. Mine sounds like a jet. Its a good sound but not what Im looking for. Is this just a charactorist of an LLY? What would it sound like if I eliminated the muffler? Anybody try 4" duals without a muffler? Thanks for the feedback.

The jet plane sound is just a characteristic of the lly.
