I've used the Edge A2 programmer/monitor since the end of last year. It's a nice piece that provides alot of info but it locks up. I'd say it does it almost every time I drive the truck. I have to turn it off and then on again to get it to work right. Of course it will do it again within a day. I've contacted Edge a number of times. They were working on the problem a few months ago and I was supposed to be called as soon as the new one was ready. Called a few weeks ago and was told that they had the issue fixed. I haven't been able to get anyone there to contact me to do the swap though.

My questions are -

1 - Has anyone else had this problem and if so -

2 - Did you find a good way to get it taken care of?

I really don't feel good about spending all of that money and not being able to use it.

That sucks. Try talking to one of there reps here, blemoine of something like that I think

i had 2 of them and did the same thing. get your money back. go buy a nice gps and the attitude and you will still be money ahead.
