Not sure if right forum for this, but does anyone have any experience with or opinions on T-max electric winches? Going to add winch to my truck in (hopefully this year) with new front end replacement bumper and just have a hard time shelling out the $$ that Warn wants for their 12000lb and up winches.

Warn has limited lifetime warranty on mech parts, 1yr on electrical components, while most of the other manufacturers seem to offer 1-2 yr warranty's. If something's going to go wrong on a battery powered winch, it is likely going to be electrical right? So WARN really isn't much better in that dept as far as warranty goes.

Winch will be for emergency use, probably pulling out other people more than myself and will not see heavy, frequent use.
