For a 2500HD the door jam instructs you to fill tires 55psi-front, 80psi-rear. This is fine for running at maximum load which I do with my fifth wheel trailer in tow but the rest of the time it is not. Since the rear load is considerably lower (e.g. 3000# vs 5000#) I fill the rears to 50psi. What is recommended and what are other folks doing?
