What should I look for first? po236 (boost sensor 1 out of range). Thanks for any info. Steve:confused:

117 is the ECT signal too high (open circuit)
The boost code is for too low or high
Are you using the stock vac system

Sounds like the ECT sensor came unplugged or the sensor took a dive, and if you are using the stock vacuum controlled wastegate setup, you need a new Wastegate solenoid I'd bet.

Hi, These codes came up after I changed the crossover and sraight turbo pipes.I did not change anything on the vacuum. Steve

That may very well be true, but if the wastegate solenoid (among many other things) is know for anything, its known for giving fits, all of the sudden with no apparent cause.

Thank you for the responses. I just checked the vacuum from the wastegate solenoid and it showed 19.5 psi. steve

Thats fine, it may be stuck open supplying full vacuum all the time to the wastegate causing overboost and tripping the code.

I have a new wastegate solenoid on it's way, will let you know the results. Thanks, Steve:)
